"My apartment is right next to the highway, it's a quick two minutes to get to 75 and 275 which can then very quickly get me to 74 and 471. There are several bus stops near my apartment, which would be convenient if I actually took the bus."

"a small dog park or social area would be nice. Most all the neighborhood dogs are kept inside and owners use a leash. very rarely do you ever see a dog running on it's own. But a common area for dogs to run and socialize would be great. structure to climb or small obstacle course"

"Backyards are small, and back of house are butted up to backs of houses so not much privacy. Lots of dog walkers, no close dog park though .🙁."

"People walk their dogs often. They are willing to assist if a pet is missing by keeping an eye out and even offering water if spotted until you are able to retrieve. It’s a very friendly neighbor hood."

"Small town feel close to a larger city. It’s like having the best of both worlds. Smaller independent school system. Close to Cincinnati’s zoo, museums, hospitals and FC Cincinnati soccer. "

"I have lived here for 9 years and it very nice area to live, landscaping is great, in the winter snow and ice removal is included in HOA fees which are the lowest of any in Cincinnati area, in the 9 years mine has went up only 10 a month, pets are welcome as long as they are under 30 lbs but there is an increase in HOA fees for dogs, there is a lot of wildlife that pass thorough, one night there was 15 deer outside my window,I would recommend a home warranty very affordable and really worth it in the long run, it is basically minor maintenance living, the buildings are secured by having to have key or be buzzed in. The Board of Directors have things going on like bingo, card games and pool parties all the time, and its nice to not even have to go out of the building to check your mail. It is rewired for cable and phones, or if you are facing the right direction you can have satellite TV as I do. The only thing I miss is doing yard work. There is a drawback having the ponds or lakes as to have the geese around at times but its nice to watch them raise their babies. The people in the building my unit is located are very nice and look out for each other. The Club House and Pool are very nice and well kept up, the only thing I miss is my grill on balcony but fire dept. will not allow them in condos with ceilings over them. "

"This is a wonderful area. I moved here from New york. Everything is just a short ride away. Great shopping,restaurants and nightlife. If you want to go to the city,cincy is 20 minutes away. This community is very well kept. I am quite impressed. When I get stationed back home,, I wish I could take this with me... "
