"Sellersburg is a mismanaged time capsule. The biggest mistake I ever made was moving back here once I finally got out!! Explain the crumbling infrastructure!!! 11 water main breaks in 12 months!!! No new parks, sidewalks, businesses ... nothin.... pot holes everywhere "

"Neighbors think dogs aren’t allowed to bark. Very snooty people that think their subdivision is a private town just for them. They don’t realize they are in the county and not all of their neighbors live under the nice little home owners association rules. I’ve never seen so many entitled people inn one area. Still not smart enough to buy a home in the middle. "

"I've lived in Sterling Oaks for 15 years. Neighbors are friendly and outgoing. We have an HOA page where neighbors often post items for sale or items needed. You can even ask for a cup of sugar or ask for help to lift a heavy item. HOA fees are very reasonable compared to other neighborhoods."

"Sellersburg is a great town that has much to offer. It is a growing community. You've got your choice of three different types of schooling (public, private, and charter). It offers both a small town feel with the convenience of being only 10-15 minutes from Louisville. There are beautiful and well kept parks. "

"High school basketball games and events held at the local parks by local churches and other organizations"

"From my driveway I’m able to back out and be able to choose one of three ways to get to the downtown Louisville area.. all about 18 miles by state highway for a few miles then to onto the interstate four lanes across, or to the interstate bypass access around the area to all the local shopping areas and larger eating areas. "the property value has increased over the previous 4 years. Also there is no HOA. HWY 403 creates ease. Near Louisville for cultural events or night life"
