"Area is highly desirable, very quiet prairie estates subdivision! Has own park and walking trail around pond that connects to the large Erie Lackawanna trail! There is only One way in and 1 way out in the subdivision And there are plenty of police officers live in the neighborhood it is very safe and the neighbors are all very nice! Everybody And the neighborhood takes good care of their Properties and is also a very safe neighborhood for children of all ages and adults! I wish I did not have to move but me and my brother are moving out of our parents house Because they are looking to downsize.
