"The parking is horrible. Overall it can be a really good neighborhood however some of the tenants are a bit nasty. Both cleanliness and friendliness can be better."

"Horrible it’s too long to get there in car and public transportation is longer. They need faster transportation in order to get there at a decent time. If not you have to leave ur home really early in order not to get stuck in traffic."

"It's a pretty diverse neighborhood. Always got events going on. Pretty safe as well. The people are friendly. They got plenty of parks and even a few community centers."
