"it’s a nice place to grow up in if you live in the right areas. places here are more expensive because of the n.i.u. being here so it’s harder finding a place to live if you’re on a budget."

"Cheap living with a community feel. Nice, friendly neighbors. Parks for kids. Unfortunate moving in of businesses but if you’re in the back of the neighborhood, it’s not an issue except for unsightliness. We have lived here for going on 9 years and have been pretty happy with things. "
