"My kids were grown when we moved here so I’m not intimately familiar with considerations for children… there are a few streets where traffic is heavy and fast, as well as a few open canals that could be dangerous. I would be very cognizant of these hazards if I had small children and I was looking for a home—find the smaller/quieter streets that are near the open spaces. "

"I love this neighborhood, all the old trees and the cool old Gingerbread houses on Canal. it's quiet and not a ton of traffic but close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. wish I could buy a house over and stay forever!"

"I’ve lived here my entire life and it’s sketchy. People are rude and violent and there is litter all over the street. No matter how “nice” it is, it’s not a great place to live. I am planning on moving out of Boise within the year. "

"I've lived in my neighborhood for 3 years and I love it Nevers are very kind and very never was very quiet explicit night. the schools are really close in the neighborhood so children don't have to walk far those parks in the area where you can play baseball and things of that nature summertime is this the amazing to see people walking all around the neighborhood walking their dogs like their children it's just a beautiful neighborhood I'd recommend this neighborhood anyone who can afford to live here it's not that expensive but you have to look very hard and look around."
