"My community has a restriction on some breed. Especially large breeds. There’s no dog park. Everyone for the most part cleans up after their dog. Good area to walk dog behind main street with no cars. "

"Drive bys are real, unleashed dogs everywhere, dog poop everywhere. Canine influenza has been super bad the past 3 years so be careful walking your dog. This neighborhood isn't safe at all, lots of crime, theft, prostitution, violent crimes."

"The commute is ok. Not that good during rush hour both of main streets to area get really congested. Also the same when commuting children to and from school with school zones and bus stops. Public transit accessible one both main streets as well as a side street which is convenient "

"A manageable, safe, organized, non crowded, clean, modern - downtown setting. There are countless restaurants to please every palate. There are events for every lifestyle wanted and against what people may think - West Palm Beach is very affordable. There are very pricy, ritzy areas but they don't constitute the entire city. Great place to call home! "
