"Nice area very quiet and for the most part the people are pretty nice. Only annoying thing is the night traffic on bird road since there does seem to be motorcyclists that like to race. But it’s gone down remarkably. "

"Can be congested during work commute times, but aside from that, University Park is a well-maintained, safe area. Everything you need within a short drive (or walk). Super developed and great central location between Sarasota and Bradenton."

"Yes, people are always walking their dogs. Pets are welcome in this community. Mostly dogs and cats are what people have in their homes. I personally don't have any pets, but my neighbors have 2 dogs."
