"No HOA. Older neighborhood that's going through a slow & steady gentrification. Should become a cottage type neighborhood in a few years. Is in Orange County and very close to all of Orlando's prime attractions."

"It’s the hood, don’t expect much, some neighbors are nice and friendly and some not so much,I am Caucasian so this may have a lot to do with it, most of my neighbors rent a room in converted single family homes, I have 3/2 single family home with a decent back yard with big pit bulls so I’ve never had anyone in my yard that I know of. Also I live about ten feet from a major road and people Blare their music loud enough to shake my windows on said major road, during the 4th of July my wife and I play a game called “ is gunfire, or is it fireworks . The 7-11 always has a ridiculously long line and they keep the beer coolers locked to keep people from stealing but it’s super inconvenient. Eh I think you get the idea"

"is quiet in the people's are friendly so is The Neighbors the stores and drug stores are nearby in walking distance haven't seen loose dogs wandering around it's just a peaceful neighborhood never heard of break-ins"

"Busy all the time . Entrance to our complex is always blocked. Accidents daily on hiawassee road. Murders and pedestrians get ran over regularly. Always people arguing in the streets. Children are bullies in this neighborhood. Management stinks. None caring of residents. "

"I don’t know. I don’t care. There are as many stray dogs here as to owners of good dogs. Not many dog owners walk there dogs. But if they do. They don’t pick up after them. "

"I just moved to this area. It’s quiet and full of cats. Which is highly annoying. The area is very quiet. There is no violence that I know of. The only thing I hate is the many high speed bumps in my complex"
