"20-30 min from avalon, 10-15 min from grocery stores 25-30 from downtown orlando, you need a car or bike. outside neighborhood has bus transportation"

"THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS OK BUT PROPERTY MANAGER IS A MORON. THIS PLACE IS NOT WITHOUT ITS ISSUES IT WAS A LOT NICER JUST GONE DOWNHILL OVER THE YEARS"

"This neighborhood though often loud outside due to traffic, and the random neighbor that shouts from one end to the next, could be considered quiet if you’re like me and stay as much as possible indoors when you’re home. Is in an area where things are accessible to you and in walking distance is not a very secure area but if you mind your own business you’re in the clear. "

"I have friends who have lived in the Golf community for years. I meet with them often at the restaurant after a golf game then we swim...being there makes me feel like I am on vacation...."
