"The Harbor Islands section is wonderfully safe and very friendly. The are is well kept, has lots of amenities and unlike much of the surrounding area the Islands are more elevated and don’t ever flood."

"The neighborhood is safe and is close to the park and beach. It’s great for biking and a short drive or bike to the Hollywood boardwalk. Grocery stores are close and lots of fast food options. "

"People around the neighborhood knows the doggies by name, lots of people walking around the park or the neighborhood, it feels safe, there are doggie contest for Halloween, always fun activities around and most of the restaurants have a doggie menu, I really enjoy living here :)"

"Get a car you'll need it. Everything is too far to walk. 1 mile or more to public transport. There are some sidewalks but not on all streets"

"The area look good. I did not see many restaurants opened in Hollywood boulevard. The beach is relaxing and beautiful. The weather and a continuing improvement of the houses will improve the whole area. "

"Lots of parks and other places to walk your dogs with doggie bags and trash cans to toss waste. There is a pretty decent amount of pet oriented stores as well."
