"Neighborhood used to be awesome but the hoa is ridiculous. They are definitely mishandling money and raise your hoa monthly fees up all the time! Two years ago it was $280 and now it’s well over $400! They don’t provide anything with the exception of landscaping and even that isn’t done up to standard. Until the hoa board members and property manager is replaced, stay away!!!"

"The neighborhood is dog friendly, but they need more areas to dispose of waste baggies. This would encourage dog owners to pick up waste more often."
