Beutifull area All commerce’s centers are close Near to I4, middle from Orlando-Tampa Not criminals incidents as a big cities Good weather Close to colleges and universities Near to others towns as Lakeland, Winter Haven and Lake Alfred. "closest bus stop i think is about 1/2 mile. most people in neighborhood has their own transportation. most of neighbors if ask a favor will do for you. i like this area cuz its small & i would recommend living here than other places. i love this community. "

"Neighbors are very friend and always willing to help out. Everyone watches out for everyone in the area. Kids play freely outside. Division is very quiet and everyone keeps up there yard. So neighborhood is always looking nice. Love this area. It’s a wonderful place to live with a family."

"dogs are welcome about anywhere, just keep a leash on them. The Auburndale dog park on Denton is a pretty good place to spend time with your four legged friend"

"I don’t know if they do anything like events but they are all friendly and it’s a quiet neighborhood. I haven’t seen anything rowdy and there is a homeowners association so most of the houses are nice and clean. "

"It's okay I love the park cause you can walk around the garden listen to the music an see the train a up close on the track an see people skating boring across the ride the other way there a ice cream shack an it's great. The stores are.close so is d. donuts close an other right next door or 3 to 5 blocks away have amazing store it's amazing an i have great neighbor's. "
