"People in the neighborhood walk their dogs but don’t pick up poop. It’s very quiet out here and you can raise you kids and you grand kids. Don’t get me wrong you do find out stuff that’s going on out her in East Hartford until you see it on the news. East Hartford is a great place to raise your kids "

"Ive lived here for 3 years and have loved it so much. Its a typical urban suburban neighborhood, surrounded by stores you need! My favorite, is bike riding with my children and taking walks to the park. No violence so far. The town green have fun activities/festivities during holidays. I am a city girl. If you enjoy a quiet neighborhood w/ a simmer of city, then this neighborhood is for you."

"Schools are not great, neighbors are not friendly, streets aren’t that safe- my husband had a group of teenagers surround his car dropping our daughter off at daycare! Not a great community if you have kids or want a sense of community!"
