"This is a great family community. You get to know the community with many shared experiences with school, community events, and seeing people at the local stores and rec centers. People really look out for each other . There are also lots no’s to do such as adult kick ball, volleyball groups for adults, and adult dance classes at our rec center."

"Not easy at all - walk to bus stop then bus to train ... impossible in bad weather ... traffic is bad a lot and stop lights are three minutes in some places!!"

"It’s a cookie-cutter suburb. The town is pretty safe and secure with a few exceptions. Recently there have been car break-ins and package theft but those crimes have mostly been committed by people who live in other towns coming in. There is a scenic spot right up the road. There are plenty of shops and stores but it doesn’t feel overcrowded. People aren’t always the friendliest, but there are A LOT of families who live here. It’s a decent place to grow up. It’s clean and really pretty. "

"4 dog parks, a lot of trails to walk them. People aren’t always great about picking up poop. Neighbors are grouchy if your dog pees on their lawn. Almost everyone has a golden doodle it seems. "

"I travel at non commute hours to avoid driving in traffic on c-470 and I-25. The traffic has gotten significantly worse since we moved here six years ago, but still not as bad as San Francisco/North Bay Area"

"We work from home and leave 2x a day to drop and pick up our daughter from school. Parkways are amazing and if you live here and work south of 470 then a commute is always efficient. "

"my grandmother and her husband live in this neighborhood. I am temporarily living with them but the neighborhood is beatiful your close to 711, kingsoopers, the post office, not far from park meadows or I-25. if you have more then 2 vehicles parking in the street can be a bit difficult to find."

"This neighborhood is so quiet, established, safe, and traditional. We love raising our family near such great schools, the rec center, historic cheese ranch park, and other educated families. Gorgeous tree-lined streets and well maintained homes really make a difference. After searching the Denver area, we are so glad we found this special pocket!"
