Many outdoor activities including bike riding, surfing, walking, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball, rollerskating , swimming, And many more. Great walkability to restaurants, shopping, library, farmers market. Dog friendly. "

I don’t usually wander around alone at night but it’s a great area to own a bicycle and bike around to get errands done, shopping, riding along the beach and hitting up the local farmers market. They are gentrifing the neighborhood so there is a lot more that needs to be done but the transition is making for a better city "
