"In my neighborhood we are military so the families are young and very close. We have frequent community events, parties, movie nights and beach days. There are many many children and they can walk across the street to get to school. I love everything about seal beach and wish I could live here forever. "

"My commute for work is to the Long Beach Courthouse area..... so it is only 5 to 6 miles each way at most. Public transportation is available if I am ever in any need for it."
