"Great place to live if you want to be in the mix, but I would not recommend it at all if you have young kids or are uncomfortable with homeless interactions. Love living here, but the homeless situation is incredibly obnoxious. "

"Looks good. It’s a nice developed area. Very desirable & vibrant night life. Close to all important Los Angeles attractions . Excellent Beaxh & pier. Need to address the traffic issue. A few more years & it will get excellent rating"

"It’s the friendliest neighborhood in Santa Monica. I don’t live there - but several of our friends do (I live in mid-city SM). sunset Park is my favorite section of the city though."

"Very close to Santa Monica Pier, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Metro is near; but loud. New high rises being built so there will be a lot more traffic here soon."

"Most people who live in this neighborhood have a dog or two. Great for socializing your own pet. The proximity to palisades park, the beach, and boardwalk is also nice for walking. "

"Don’t know. It’s hard to get out when you’re getting attacked left and right from homeless people. Something needs to be done to help this city and the people who pay a lot of rent to feel safe in their own neighborhood "

"Nice to stroll the baby around and take him to play at indoor playground at mall food court. But have to cover baby’s ears when sirens pass bye. It’s safe during the day but not at night. There are a lot of homeless people. "
