"We had lots of favorite walks for our dogs. My only complaint is that public trash cans for disposing waste are few and far between. "

"it's not a place I'd raise a family in, bad influences everywhere. I've gotten robbed, my cars stolen, property damaged, and every now and then, there are gun shots."

"we might have a haunted house for the kids and a party but they trick a treat before the night falls "

"There are programs who do things like back to school events, weekend bbq’s to support local small businesses which is still a way to give back to the community. Some of the programs in the community also do things like free vaccines and health products (toothbrush, masks, hand sanitizer etc) to give back. They have health ambassadors who also walk around the community and give out food bank produce to the elderly who aren’t able to leave their homes. Those same health ambassadors give out things for holidays like Easter baskets or Halloween buckets to the children of the community. "

"There’s a lot of street trash and dogs can eat something that could be harmful. It is very walkable."

"Good street. Same neighborhood. No dogs and cats for me, but owners love it. All they have to do is pick up after themselves "

"Well for starters being a previous dog owner my dog deathly scared of fireworks. you would swear its 4th of July all year round bc there is always fireworks or some loud noises always going off. so if you have skittish dogs, not the place for you "

"There’s a lot more space for your money in Bayview, with convenient access to the rest of the city. It’s ideal to have a private, fenced yard when you have a dog, which can be hard to find in other parts of the city."

"Black Cuisine every first Saturday in March where with music dancing vendor booths and don’t forget the soul food entry is FREE! And let’s not forget Sunday Streets! "

"Quick and easy or I work from home. either way it's a straight shot on 3rd to central SF or down Jerrold to Bayshore and the Mission. Street parking isn't dreamy but it's not as bad as other popular neighborhoods in SF. "

"I've lived here for 18 years. So many people told me and my family that the area was the worst in the city. We took a chance and ended up living in the best neighborhood for weather, great neighbors, public transportation, proximity to the airport, city parks, UCSF, AT&T Park, upcoming Warriors Stadium, downtown, the waterfront, walkability, fantastic food, and shopping. We were blessed to have had the opportunity to live in the Bayview and Hunters Point neighborhood."

"Potential for gentrification and investment. If you can wait it out.. this neighborhood is the new now next. The further away from 3rd the better for flat % gain. However closer to 3rd offers great up % potential."
