"K-12 are within walking distance. There’s a skate park, baseball fields, several basketball courts, several open fields where soccer is regularly played, several walking parks and trails, and several ocean viewing spots with public benches. Groceries stores, restaurants and Kaiser Hospital are within 2 miles."

"Not many events. Most people interact at the pool or at Ocean View Hills Park. I can’t think of a big flagship event. Kind of a bedroom community. "
