"It’s more of a suburban feel, rather than a city feel, though it’s still part of the city of SD. Parking isn’t impossible to find, things are more spread out, it’s quieter. I love this area."

"I love the neighborhood Trader Joe’s and super easy access to Miramar Lake. The lake has a 5 mile hiking loop and the schools in the area are some of the best in the state. "

"Great community. Many families have been here for several decades. A lot of scripps ranch community pride. Quick hop down the freeway to get to airport, beaches, downtown without having to live in the crowds."

"I’ve lived here for 19years in my parents house and my boyfriend’s parents house. There are some areas that are more “busy” and others that are less.. the lighting on the sidewalks is somewhat lit. Some of the lighting fixtures are older and dimly lit. "
