"Flight path loud. Louder when it reverses during overcast or rainy weather. Everyone has a dog but they barely pick after them. Parking on street is hopeless. you will burn a gallon of gas before you find a spot to park on for the night. I regret moving here."

"There are lawns but please be responsible and use bags to dispose of waste. Lots of people walk their dogs and sometimes go up to Nate’s dog park in Balboa park"

"Love this neighborhood, close to the zoo and balboa, little Italy farmers market. Can walk to all the fun in Little Italy and Hillcrest, but this neighborhood is much quieter "

"I work in La Jolla and traffic going North bound sucks! However, I love where I live! I couldn’t ask for a more central location. My favorite part about living here is the cheap Uber drives to the airport and pretty much anywhere for that matter! "

"Some areas are not well lit. Some areas don’t have sidewalks. There are a lot of homeless people that come over from balboa park. Most of the time they are harmless. "

"This is a sketchy area at night especially around 5th and Quince st so be careful of the community stalking and the noise campaigns going on all the time !!"

"I love the area. It’s a beautiful place to live. We can walk to balboa park, Little Italy. It’s close to downtown but not in downtown. Probably the best neighborhood in San Diego."

"We live in this area. The area is charming but once you live there you realize the safety issue. Also lots of fumes from vehicles and road work never ending. Noisy in some areas. Drunk people speeding in cars."
