"Centrally located and easy access to the freeway. Can choose to use La Mesa or San Diego as your area of choice for shopping, groceries, or restaurants. "

"There are several annual events at the Princess Del Cerro park. The best neighborhood activity is definitely trick or treating at Halloween. Many houses go over-the-top in decorating and our local part of the neighborhood (Princess Del Cerro) has a large group of neighborhood kids that go out together as a group. "

"The neighborhood is very clean, quite, have many species of wild life in the area, it is very scenic, safe and it is a good area to exercise in and ride to your bicycle. last but not least It is centraly located next to two major freeways. "

"The larger square footage is the homes, yet in a fairly small community. Del Cerro Heights has some amazing ocean view homes! "

"I know the neighborhood and Jane remodeled some homes here over the years. There is pride of ownership evident with the gorgeous landscaping of many homes. Some have the most beautiful evening landscape lighting. "

"Have been living here for about 20 years and still love it ! For sure not a place for singles looking for entertainment and bit of high life. Quiet neighbors, great place for retired people who are seeking privacy. Very secure part of this great town !"
