"Nice area with mostly newer houses built in late 2000. Close to downtown. Close to all stores. Ideal place to live if you work in downtown and airport. "

"Great location--walk to three shopping areas, close to freeways and airport. There is lots of new construction at excellent prices. Truxel is busy at times, but no rush hour. There are three charter schools to choose from for K-12."
