"They don’t want no more flat landers up here in these parts. So many kids are dying from the drugs & the out of Towner marijuana farmers brought in the cartels & tons of violent crime. The crime rate is one of the highest in the USA. Used to be a special little town until it got watered down by those from outta town."

"I guess it’s a good town I mean besides all the crack heads and 12 year old smoking weed before, at, and after school besides that it’s decent good hikes, beautiful river, and pretty lakes not much else to do though "

"We have a wonderful neighborhood and everyone loves dogs here. Nice trail on ditch to walk dogs also. Can see lots of nature, birds, ducks, geese, cows and babies. Best time is 9-11. & 2-3pm, 6-8"

"Artists and writers have a strong presence in the community. Our neighbors are watchful, willing to help share the unwritten ‘rules’ that will allow us to coexist. All our neighbors are dog peeps, too."

"Lots of parades, fairs and downtown events. Peaceful community, lots of wildlife and fresh air. Community College centrally located, which makes it easy for everyone to get to."

"Hike and bike, ski the Sierras in the winter, swim in the Yuba River in the Summer, watch your kid march down Broad Street in the school marching band, or play football on a top HS team. And Halloween? You've never seen anything like it! Hurry!"
