"Lots of parking and tons of friendly neighbors but avoid Wilton St. because there’s tons of registered pedophiles on that street. Cars don’t often get vandalized- it rarely happens. Don’t walk alone past 10pm. "

"Commute to downtown LB about 15-20 minutes. Easy access to public transportation. I commute to downtown via streets & is way better than the congested freeways. Commute is enjoyable."

"Very pleasant neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly, it’s quiet, and also pet friendly. I have lived in this area for 10 years and have had no incidence. My children feel safe to walk to local eateries at any given time of day. "

"There’s all kinds of dogs in this neighborhood so make sure you keep your dog on a leash. And be sure to pick up the poop when your dog poops on someone else’s lawn."

" I commute to Glendale takes about an hour LA downtown 45 minutes not too bad. Living in Long Beach is very nice although where we’re located is very noisy and I would never live here at this location."
