"I’ve known the neighborhood for years. While my family And I lived on Maui for most of my childhood, we’d visit L.A. almost every summer and we ended up moving into the neighborhood 10 years later. I’ve always been comfortable here. I love Atwater Village!"

"When I lived here I worked in Ontario. All the traffic was going in the opposite direction. So I got there in 45 minutes everyday. Same occurrence on the ride home. So I would say smooth sailing for LA"

"There are families around atwater. Very quiet and nice people walking their dogs regularly. The area is residential so not too many cars are passing by, and fast at that. "

"Everyone has dogs. They’re always on leashes. Nobody lets their dogs bark all day. It’s definitely a dog-friendly neighborhood. People clean up after their dogs as well."

"Walkable to a main strip but quiet and calm with tons of parking. The houses and lots and smaller and there’s no sweeping views because we’re not on a hill. But it’s quaint, cute, familial, full of necessities. It hits every mark of comfortability for the price point. "

"I work down the street from this area. Lots of gang activity. helicopters constantly circling the area. in the daytime you can often hear loud music. very congested area. lots of apartments mixed with SFH. "

"Atwater Village is a great neighborhood bordering Silverlake, Los Feliz and Glendale. Within minutes you're in Silverlake/Los Feliz and the best restaurants and cafes on the East Side. Griffith Park is walking distance and the LA River run is amazing and a great way to spend biking, running or walking."
