    "I know the many of the owners who have lived here and love this area. The sunsets are amazing and holidays are wonderful! The community is very loving. It is a safe and very quiet neighborhood for both families and retires. I loved it. A majority of the neighbors have lived there for over 12 years to 20 years and the majority have remodeled. "
