"No yards or parks ...move here when ur kids are a bit older . Mine enjoyed a large grassy yard and a pool, etc until they outgrew that life and wanted to go to the beach every day. Great move for us!"

"Public Transportstion is great there are free shuttle to downtown Dana Point, San Clemente, and Laguna Beach Most errands is an easy walking distance. UPS, Chase Bank, Barber Shop, Beauty Salon, Real Estate Professionals, CPA, Legal, Major Grocery Store, Kindergarten School, Starbucks, great upscale restaurants and many fast food chains. "

"I just moved here, a few weeks ago, but there just was a community garage sale, last weekend. People are very friendly and the homes and apartments are very well maintained. The city of Dana Point has varied and numerous community events, as well. I live 5 minutes from the beach or the nearest shopping center. "

"Dana Point is the definition of the saying Location-Location-Location. It is not big, busy, rodeo, THE PLACE. It is the hidden gem by the sea with everything you need and not all the “stuff.”"

"That all the high schools are actually very good in the area if your kids are interested in learning to serve Doheney is a great local beach to learn It’s a very small community you tend to run into a lot of people that you know which is actually a good thing during the summer there’s a local free trolley that will take you all the way down to San Clemente or all the way up to Laguna Beach"

"Nothing they would love it. Every one walks there dog on a daily basis. Just keep your car doors locked people can be curious on occasion . This is really a LOCALS ONLY community. No kooks should come here. If you didn’t grow up around beach culture I don’t recommend you move here. "
