"The trees and development of the neighbor is beautiful. There are so many cute pocket neighborhoods and each street is unique and has its own character. Things are relatively close to each other such as stores, markets, and small businesses. "

"No special community events in this neighborhood. It’s just a regular neighborhood. It’s been a great neighborhood over the years but recently seems to be a bit unwelcoming. The homeless problem that has swept the country is alive and well in this area. "

"This area is very safe and old style. Neighbors help each other, say hi and talk when we meet on the street. Night time is also safe, quiet. Houses are little old but people keep clean. No messy house :)"
