"If the lake wasn’t enough for you there are dog parks, trails, tennis, golf, fishing, and restaurants within walking distance from your front door. Amazing place!"

"There are no sidewalks only bike lanes which can be difficult as both a pedestrian and driver. Also there are no street lights in the city of canyon lake "

"We are a guarded, community, where each vehicle entering must display a pass, or must be authorized by a resident. Swimming, fishing, golf, boating, and an equestrian center. Golf carts can drive in the streets and to the center outside the gates. Center has several dining spots, a fully stocked market, veterinary services, and several other local shops."

"Every holiday there is some special event or community gathering. There are lots of clubs to join, there is a lodge with a bar and restaurant with brunches once a month. All in all it’s a very pleasant place to live"

"Cars drive really fast through neighborhoods. Sunrises are amazing ! Schools rank high but are all a good drive to get to. Garage sales here are really nice! A lot of drinking on the lake and boats! Great community activities "

"My neighbors walk with their dogs daily. Very friendly neighborhood to live in. The dog owners make sure to clean up after their pets too ! One reason to enjoy my neighborhood it’s very pet friendly. "

"We have so much to do in this community. Parades, festivals, movie nights, concerts, etc. There are many parks and events for kids as well! Santa and the Easter bunny come, pageants, mommy and me classes at the library. "
