"there are a lot of dogs already in thus area so sometimes they can be friendly and sometimes you don't know. there's always some dog running around. Probably left someones yards so make sure you're aware. "

"Easy freeway access to go anywhere else but here , some areas are nice but all and all dogs run wild and I don’t even want to jog on my side of town , looking for somewhere nicer but I do love the commute to Morongo"

"There's some nice grassy parks and very little traffic. I personally walk my dogs to the hills at the edge of banning and let them roam free as there's no other animals or people around "

"Growing neighborhoods, the town is not as outdated as it used to be. Most of the town runs right along the freeway so you can really get from one side of it to the other in just a few minutes by hopping on...well, the freeway. 🤗"

"My neighborhood is 55+ community with club houses, restaurant, and a multitude of classes you can take, which is a good way to meet neighbors. I feel safe walking my dog. The complex has 24 hour security."

"Homeless population has increased dramatically within the last year. The city is not doing enough to retain homeowners and electrical is City managed and more expensive than Edison in Beaumont. "
