"it's a nice area if you are cool with driving everywhere. it is somewhat bike friendly (compared to most of the valley) with several grocery stores and restaurants withing about a 10-15 minute bike ride. there isn't much in the way of public transit, even the bus stops don't seem like enough. my favorite thing about the neighborhood is that the mountain parks are decently close."

"Nice neighbors that are respectful of others and their property. Dog owners pick up after their pets. No trashy music being played throughout the day and night if you work from home. As i work from home that is a deal breaker for me."
