"I work by the university and there is no freeway so it takes about 35 minutes to get to midtown. Tucson is only about 12 minutes and downtown about 30 all because of surface streets with lights that can really slow you down. "

"My particular neighborhood in Oro Valley is not kid friendly because it’s mostly retirees. There aren’t sidewalks and riding bikes in la reserve us kind of tough for a kid because of the hills. Much better areas of Oro Valley for families. "

"you see people walking their dogs everyday. All breeds, all sizes, most owners are very friendly. always fun to walk the blocks and meet neighbors and their pooches. almost never see any doggie accidents as there are doggie poop bags and cans in the neighborhood. "

"It’s quite and my neighbors are nice and mind their business. It’s peaceful here and we have a beautiful view. So far everyone seems to abide by the HOA rules and maintain a nice yard and keep their driveways nice and neat."
