"River is great for them to play but too many bad dog owners let their dogs off leash and it causes issues. Lots of restaurants are dog friendly. "

"It’s very rural. You can use the bus but it won’t take you far. You have to drive for most things such as a target etc. "

"I've lived in Cottonwood for almost 5 years. Our neighborhood is a mini subdivision made up of be 48 homes plus the pool and clubhouse properties. That's unique. It's like a gated community yet open to the public. With 2 culdesacs it's very private, and all the homes are well kept."
