"Huge family friendly community center with water park and walking trails. If you have to commute every day into Phoenix, seriously reconsider. It’s a long way to town. We also don’t have Costco, Trader Joe’s or AJ’s."

"There are great pocket parks. The neighbors are friendly. There are plenty of trails to hike and bike. The park is so pretty. The community center offers many activities and renters can join for a very small fee."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for two years and absolutely love it. The houses and yards are always well kept, and quiet! In addition, the HOA provides lots of amenities such as the community center with a full gym and year-round heated lap pool!"

"It takes about 15 mins from Anthem Way to the 101. Easy drive not too crowded, even at “rush” hours. Most stores needed are only few miles or less. I like not having to get in crowd streets just to go to a store."
