"I am retired. I don’t commute. The neighborhood is nice. I live close to a couple of major streets. And near some nice public areas. I live near a mall. I am close to entertainment. The exits and roadways have good flow to them, it is not overly congested. I live near a hospital and a grocery store and several shopping areas. And near restaurants. I highly recommend the area that I live in. "

"This is one of the nicer neighborhoods in Springdale, close to good schools and a sports complex. One correction to another comment. Springdale is NOT a suburb of Fayetteville."

"It really just depends on the area of Springdale. It can be very diverse. There are trails near, but you may not be able to walk your dog over a mile from your front door."

"People here don’t pick up the dogs doo. I do I carry bags with myself and my 2 little girls puppies. And enjoy ice cold water when we come back from our walks. And we walk 4 times a day. And I have 2 pee pads in the bathroom for nights. We are safe that way. Just moved from California and I will love it in a better place and find a church close by. Thank you for your time. "I live in Springdale and have for 13 years. It’s a nice place to live. The opening of Don Tyson Parkway made travel to the interstate a lot easier. Traffic on Sunset was usually a hassle but we don’t have that problem now"

"I just moved here from California and to my surprise I saw 2 people getting in and out of the dumpster today. Yuk so gross and the field behind me has cars coming and going.! While they are having soccer games. Loud trash all over I can’t go out side or stay in side with out hearing all of that. I want quite. Connie Sherrell- Abbott "

"Don't live here. Mariachi and Ranchera music pierces the night and parking can be awful. Traffic on 49, 71, and Sunset is atrocious and people can't drive."
